INSTRUMENTAL SOLO ENTRY FORM

Entries must be in the Festival Office by 4:00 PM on Saturday, November 1, 2014.
Completed entry forms should be mailed or delivered to:

Office Hours Oct. 1 – 31: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Saturday Nov. 1: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Accepted Methods of Payment: Cash or Cheque made payable to Winnipeg Music Festival
Please include the participant’s name on the cheque.

Participants must use a separate form for each instrument.

NATIONAL CHORAL ENTRY FORM

All National Choral classes will be scheduled shortly following the entry deadline.
